Hey, I’m Cassandra, the founder of Switch Up.
Before I ever thought about starting a business consultancy, I spent over a decade in the fast-paced world of event management. That work taught me how to solve problems under pressure, manage complexity, and most importantly, how to get things done without cutting corners.
When the pandemic brought that world to a halt, I found myself at a crossroads. Friends and contacts relocating to Dubai were reaching out, confused and overwhelmed by conflicting advice, and unsure of who to trust. Naturally, I stepped in. I researched, connected the dots, and gave them the clarity they couldn’t find elsewhere.
What started as a few helping hands quickly revealed a deeper gap. There was no one offering relationship-first, high-integrity business setup support. These weren’t just transactions. They were real people looking for someone who cared.
