Switch Up DXB is a Dubai-based consultancy service operating under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. We provide strategic support for entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses establishing or expanding in the UAE.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts

• Provide accurate and truthful information
   

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity for any reason at our sole discretion.

3. Scope of Services

​

We offer the following services, either directly or through trusted third-party partners:

• UAE Company Formation (Mainland, Freezone, Offshore)

• UAE Residence Visas (Golden Visa, Entrepreneur, Freelancer)

• Banking & Tax Setup (Introductions and support only)

• Add-On Services (Accounting, branding, legal, and other business support)
   

Please note that some services may require third-party involvement (e.g. government bodies, banks, legal advisors), and while we facilitate the process, we are not liable for the decisions or delays of these third parties.​

 

4. Service Agreements and Payments

Upon initiating a service, you will receive a written proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. No services will commence until full or agreed-upon partial payment has been received.

• All payments are due as outlined in your invoice

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• Fees do not include government charges, third-party fees, or taxes unless specified

• Late payments may result in a delay or suspension of services.​

 

5. Client Responsibilities

​

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, timely, and complete information

• Respond to communication in a timely manner

• Comply with UAE regulations and requirements related to your service

• Obtain any additional documents or verifications required for your application
   

We are not responsible for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

6. Confidentiality

​

We respect your privacy. Any personal or business information shared with us is kept confidential and will only be disclosed to third parties necessary for fulfilling our services or as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, text, visuals, and service structures, are the property of Switch Up and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.​

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss

• We are not responsible for the outcome of third-party approvals (e.g., visa denials, bank rejections)

• We are not liable for delays outside our control, including governmental or regulatory delays
   

In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.​

 

9. Third-Party Partners

We may introduce or recommend third-party providers (such as banks, legal advisors, or branding consultants). You acknowledge that:

• We do not control or operate these third parties

• You engage with them at your own risk

• We are not liable for their performance or conduct
   

We do our best to only work with reputable partners.​

 

10. Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services at any time

• Update these Terms as needed
   

Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.​

 

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Dubai.​

 

12. Termination of Services

​

Either party may terminate services by written notice. Upon termination:

• You remain liable for any unpaid fees

• No refunds will be issued for work already completed

• Any outstanding documentation or support will be handled at our discretion
